Counselling

I work one-to-one with people who are feeling stuck, unhappy, or want to understand themselves better. Together we can work through identity and confidence issues, grief, loss, relationship problems, and life transitions.

I create a safe, non-judgmental environment for adults and young people from all backgrounds to open up, and to feel empowered and supported to make positive changes in their lives.

I have particular experience counselling carers and family members of people with acute mental health and substance use issues.

I hold a Masters in Counselling and I’m a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

  • I currently have availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for online counselling sessions.
  • Sessions are 50 minutes long, and cost £60. It’s up to you how often and how many sessions you’d like to have. Please let me know if you need a concessionary rate.
  • As a first step we can have a free 20-minute phone or video call, and if it feels like we might be a good fit, we can book in our first session.
